An FFP punishment verdict for Manchester City was not included in the Premier League's announcement on Monday which revealed two clubs were in breach (Everton and Nottingham Forest).
Many have been surprised why Manchester City with an aggregate of 115 charges had not receive any punishment.
Here are the reasons why Manchester City have not been handed an FFP punishment verdict:
The two clubs (Everton and Nottingham Forest) have admitted that they breached the laws.
Manchester City came out by submitting official papers as proofs, which as still under investigations.
Secondly, Pep Guardiola had earlier clarify that the law Manchester City are accused of breaching is not the same as that of the other two clubs.
Manchester City faces similar case with Chelsea.
With the submitted proofs by Manchester City. The club are in safe hands unless the Premier league authority fails to honour those documents.
